Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing SIA Kitchens for your
modular kitchen needs. We aim to ensure 100% customer satisfaction with every project we
undertake. As our services are customized and installation-based, please read our return and
refund policy carefully.
1. Custom Nature of Services
All modular kitchens are made-to-order based on your preferences, space, and
design. As such, once a project is confirmed and production begins, returns or cancellations are
generally not possible .
2. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of
payment confirmation, provided production has not started.

After 24 hours, cancellation will not be accepted as raw materials and
manufacturing processes are already underway.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in the following conditions:

If you cancel the order within the allowed 24-hour window.
- If there is a manufacturing defect or damage during delivery that cannot be repaired or
replaced.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original
mode of payment.
4. Installation Issues
If any issues occur during installation:

We offer free rectification for problems arising due to our error.
- If the issue is due to site conditions (plumbing, civil work, etc.), it will be charged
separately.
5. Warranty and Support

We provide a warranty on modular fittings and accessories as per the brand/manufacturer’s
terms. Please retain invoices and documents for future claims.
